Those with computer access can fill out the State (CHAMP) application directly at https://publichousingapplication.ocd.state.ma.us

The Project Based Voucher Applications for Highland Manor - 40 - one-bedroom apartments for elderly 62 and over, and disabled persons;

 and Rand Circle family (18 duplexes of 2-, 3-and 4-bedroom apartments) application must be downloaded and completed by the applicant(s).

You can also download the State application if you do not have access to a computer.
